Joel Kersen - Director

CRE-8 Finance was founded by Joel, a property finance specialist with over a decade of hands-on experience across both the agency and lending sides of the market.

Joel began his career in residential agency in 2012, working across prime London locations including Hampstead, Kensington and Little Venice — building a deep understanding of property values, buyer behaviour, and what makes transactions succeed or fall apart. It was during this time that the seed for a career in finance was planted: the sale of a plot of land in Hampstead gave Joel a first-hand appreciation of other
