Joel founded CRE-8 Finance with an emphasis on building relationships throughout the Commercial Real Estate space.

After gaining exposure to the property market during work experience at a well-known property auctioneers in 2004, he moved into residential sales in 2012 working at a large corporate firm in Prime Central London. Granting him access to some of the capital's most exclusive homes, and the people behind them, Joel's four years in agency provided valuable insight into the fundamentals of how properties transact.
